Benjamin Reynaert is a New York–based editor, stylist, author, and creative consultant with a passion for interiors that tell deeply personal stories. As Market Director of ELLE Decor, he reports on the people, places, and objects shaping the design world today. Previously, he held editorial roles at Architectural Digest, Domino, and Martha Stewart Living.

A lifelong collector and champion of layered, character-filled spaces, Benjamin is the author of The Layered Home (Clarkson Potter, 2026), a celebration of the world’s most inspiring interiors and the creative voices behind them. He is also the co-founder of The Ticking Tent®, a curated design market dedicated to antiques, artisans, and the thrill of the hunt.

Hiromi Murayama is Director of Luxury Design Management at Marriott International, where she leads the brand design vision for the company's global luxury hospitality portfolio. She defines the design point of view for Marriott's luxury brands, developing the design frameworks and guiding principles that ensure each brand evolves with clarity while remaining true to its identity, heritage, and positioning.

With more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality design, Hiromi brings a global perspective to the evolution of luxury brands. Her work translates emerging cultural influences, design innovation, and evolving guest expectations into brand-specific design direction that guides the evolution of Marriott's luxury brands.

Dylan Roberts is a Brooklyn-based interior designer, co-founder of Kenneth & Noelle Studio, and designer at Gachot Studios, where he focuses on luxury residential and hospitality spaces. A business-minded and NCIDQ certified professional, Dylan has built a strategic foundation with a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Pratt Institute and a business degree from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

Dylan’s versatile career includes a successful tenure at Gensler’s New York office, where he specialized in large-scale financial headquarters and luxury corporate amenities. Driven by a commitment to the growth of the discipline, he is an active member of the New York design community and dedicated to supporting emerging talent through ongoing mentorship at his alma mater, Pratt Institute.
